If you are in Toronto, and wish to pick your order up in-person to save on shipping costs, email shop@pearlsnapvintage.com to book a pick-up appointment.

International shipping typically takes longer to arrive and therefore we suggest you select a shipping option with tracking if available. We also recommend you look into your country's customs regulations. Pearl Snap Vintage is not responsible for customs fees incurred during shipment. 

Please purchase your items with a sense of patience and abundance as this is a slow, one horse operation. Please allow a week for readying, shipping and packing your pieces with care as well as an additional 5-10 days shipping time. Some orders take longer if i acquire an influx of orders at the same time! All orders ship from Canada.  You will get a confirmation email when you place your order.

Check your spam and if you entered your email correctly. You will receive a shipping notification email when your items ship. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email it means your items have not been shipped.

All our treasures are one of a kind, so when they're sold, they're gone for good! But fear not, we're always restocking the shop with fresh finds. All orders are final. Special care is taken to mend, embroider, measure and photograph each item and especially to describe regular vintage wear marks.
